Our client, a renowned international health organization, is committed to advancing health through research, clinical care, and public health efforts. Their team is now looking for an excellent Assistant Learning Manager.

$75k

Position Overview:

The Assistant Learning Manager will help support the development, coordination, and delivery of training and learning programs within the organization. This Assistant Learning Manager role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of learning initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Learning Manager:

  • Assist in designing and developing training programs, e-learning content, and workshops.
  • Provide registration support for all ATS courses and manage ATS early career scholarship programs.
  • Manage social media for faculty and staff.
  • Provide support at domestic conferences.
  • Support the Learning Department with professional development committee and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Assistant Learning Manager:

  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
  • Social media experience is desired- Hootsuite and Tweet Deck.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once.
  • Some travel required, including travel for up to 10 days to Domestic Conferences.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
