Our client is a dynamic and growing manufacturing company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$23/hr

Position Overview:

The B2B Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with business clients. This role involves handling inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities of the B2B Customer Service Representative:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide detailed information about products and services to business clients.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Process orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, issues, and resolutions. 

Required Experience/Skills for the B2B Customer Service Representative:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered by the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex issues and provide practical solutions.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the B2B Customer Service Representative:

  • 2 plus years of experience in a B2B customer service role is preferred.

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
