Client Overview:
Our client is a startup in the financial industry. Great company culture, hybrid training, and quick interview process! They are now looking for a Banking Customer Service Representative.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr
Position Overview:
The Banking Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer loan applications, assisting customers with their credit reports, and following up regarding missing documents. The role has various openings and shifts available!
Responsibilities of the Banking Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to customers phone call inquiries and email requests regarding their home, auto, or personal loans.
- Collect proper documentation, explain the application process, and assist the customer from start to finish.
- Manage the credit report screening process, analyzing information, and assessing the customer’s credit score.
Required Experience/Skills for the Banking Customer Service Representative:
- 1 – 2 yrs in a financial, banking, or loan processing role.
- Experience viewing and analyzing credit reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently at home and in the office environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Banking Customer Service Representative:
- Experience working in a call center for at least 1 year.
- Familiar with mortgage loans, credit reports, and debit/credit card transactions.
- Experience working with Mac products.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
