Bilingual Account Manager

Our client is a leader in luxury fashion, known for their exquisite designs, premium quality, and unparalleled customer service. As they continue to grow and expand their market presence, we are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Account Manager who is fluent in both French and English to join our client’s team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the high-end fashion industry, excellent communication skills in both French and English, and a strong ability to strategically manage accounts.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Account Manager:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base, while maximizing sales with existing clients.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality service in both French and English.
• Account Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance client engagement.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, embodying the brand’s values and image.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.

Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Account Manager:

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Account Manager:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the fashion industry, preferably with a high-end or luxury brand.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to achieve targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
