Position Overview:
The Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist is responsible for providing solutions to members’ financial needs, opening and closing accounts, answering members’ daily credit union needs courteously and professionally, and providing a variety of transaction services to members.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Account Management: Provide information on account balances, statement inquiries, and account maintenance.
- Sales Support: Promote and explain bank products and services, identify customer needs, and refer them to appropriate banking staff for further assistance.
- Security and Compliance: Follow all bank security protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure the safety and confidentiality of customer information.
- Cash Handling: Manage and balance cash drawers, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to support branch goals and initiatives.
Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Client Solutions Specialist:
- Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or banking is advantageous.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
