Client Overview:

Our client is a large, mission-driven national organization that is expanding its marketing team as part of a multi-year growth roadmap. Their team is collaborative, innovative, and focused on executing impactful, audience-driven campaigns. They are now looking for a Bilingual Marketing Manager.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50/hr

Position Overview:

The Bilingual Marketing Manager will play a key role in leading 360° marketing initiatives with a focus on digital and growth channels (social, email, web, and analytics). This role requires full fluency in both Spanish and English to deliver culturally relevant marketing campaigns and drive engagement with diverse audiences. This is a 2-year contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to permanent hire.

Responsibilities of a Bilingual Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital and growth marketing campaigns across social, email, and web platforms.
  • Lead Spanish-language campaigns, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and program management.
  • Manage campaign performance reporting, analyze KPIs, and optimize strategies for engagement and ROI.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Contribute to a multi-year national growth roadmap.
  • Work 2 days onsite per week.

Required Experience/Skills of a Bilingual Marketing Manager:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, with emphasis on digital strategy and growth marketing.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, web content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills of a Bilingual Marketing Manager:

  • Experience within mission-driven or nonprofit organizations.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
