Client Overview:

Our client, a cutting-edge manufacturing company with a reputation for exceptional precision and quality, is seeking a highly organized, diligent Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant. This role requires working on-site from Monday – Friday and the hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The successful candidate for the Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant role will assist with coordinating administrative tasks, managing office functions, and supporting staff members to ensure all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, field enquiries, and relay messages to the relevant staff.
  • Maintain systems for record keeping and file organization, including both paper and electronic files.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences; make reservation arrangements as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communication materials.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform data entry and basic office tasks, such as faxing and copying documents.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, flights, and accommodations for staff members.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word, in particular).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure.

Education Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus.
