Our client is a dynamic and growing non-profit organization located in South Brunswick, NJ. They pride themselves on their professional and friendly working environment. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr
Position Overview:
The Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant role requires excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management.
- Answer phone calls and emails in both Spanish and English.
- Translate documents and communications between Spanish and English.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and update office records and files.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support other departments as needed with various tasks and projects.
Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Education or related.
