We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager – Luxury Fitness to join our client’s regional team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
Up to $170k (Base + commission + bonus)
Position Overview:
In this field-based role, the Business Development Manager – Luxury Fitness will manage client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and represent the brand at partner locations, showrooms, and client sites. This position combines account management, business development, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored wellness solutions.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager – Luxury Fitness:
- Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple client segments.
- Develop deep product expertise to provide informed guidance and a premium client experience.
- Design customized wellness solutions tailored to individual client needs and market demands.
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement local campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Develop partnerships with architects, interior designers, trainers, and other professionals to create business opportunities.
- Network with partner showrooms and complementary lifestyle brands.
- Address client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and follow internal sales methodology.
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold all brand standards.
- Provide feedback and insights to support business strategy and product development.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance the client journey and overall experience.
Required Experience/Skills for the Business Development Manager – Luxury Fitness:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably with luxury or premium products.
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and present to clients at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
- Strong business development skills and ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in pursuing new opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM and operational systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to leverage networks to generate business.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Business Development Manager – Luxury Fitness:
- Knowledge of the wellness, fitness, or luxury design markets.
- Experience working with high-end residential or commercial clients.
- Understanding of local market trends and marketing opportunities.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
