Client Overview:
Our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to their customers. They believe that great customer service begins with great people, and that is where you come in. Currently, they are looking to add a Call Center Representative to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via phone, email, and/or chat with inquiries, complaints, product questions, and support requests.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Required Experience/Skills of the Call Center Representative:
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Must have experience managing over 80+ calls per day.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and phone systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
