Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional, and solution-driven support across inbound and outbound communications.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in every customer interaction.
Required Experience/Skills of the Call Center Representative:
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of calls – 80+ per day – with efficiency and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- As a Call Center Representative, demonstrate sharp problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems, CRM platforms, and multi-line phone systems.
- As a Call Center Representative, maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Call Center Representative:
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
