Our client is a global luxury fashion house recognized for their craftsmanship, timeless design, and commitment to exceptional quality. The brand operates within the high-end ready-to-wear and lifestyle sector, blending artistry with contemporary style. Their boutiques offer a refined, client-first experience that emphasizes authenticity, service, and long-term relationships. Currently, they are looking to add a Client Advisor to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$28/hr – $30/hr + Commission 

Position Overview:

The Client Advisor plays a key role in delivering an elevated, personalized client experience while achieving sales goals and supporting daily store operations. This individual will act as a brand ambassador, fostering meaningful relationships with clients and representing the brand’s philosophy through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities of the Client Advisor:

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to create a memorable, luxury shopping experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and client retention.
  • Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and stay up to date on current collections and marketing initiatives.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain floor presentation standards and assist with product displays and floor moves as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold brand standards by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and teamwork at all times.
  • Contribute to loss prevention efforts and maintain accurate inventory controls.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with workload and scheduling based on business needs.

Required Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor:

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or hospitality.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales goals in a client-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor:

  • Experience working with a clientele book or CRM to manage client relationships.
  • Background in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or fine goods.
  • A polished, service-oriented mindset and understanding of luxury retail etiquette.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
