Client Advisor – Jewelry

Our client is a luxury jewelry brand with retail stores all over the country. They are seeking a Client Advisor – Jewelry for their Palo Alto location!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$21/hr plus Quarterly bonus potential

Position Overview:

As a Client Advisor – Jewelry is responsible for delivering a welcoming and memorable experience to all guests and perspective customers. They will engage customers using expert product knowledge and sales strategies to provide tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities of the Client Advisor – Jewelry:

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the shop, embodying the luxury experience of the brand.
• Demonstrate a personable and bubbly personality, ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable.
• Assist client advisors by pulling products for customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Merchandise the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with the brand image.
• Maintain the neatness and tidiness of the sales floor as well as stock room by processing shipment.

Required Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor – Jewelry:

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment or hospitality background.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
• Passion for luxury retail and a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the needs of the business.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma is required.
