Our client is a historic luxury brand with a strong heritage in beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle products. With a boutique presence in Los Angeles, the brand is known for delivering timeless craftsmanship and a refined client experience. We are seeking a polished, well-spoken Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance to join our client’s Boutique team. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$24/hr + Individual commission

Position Overview:

This Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance will embody the brand’s heritage and deliver a luxury client experience while driving sales. You will be part of a small, close-knit team, working alongside the Store Manager to achieve boutique goals.

Responsibilities of the Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance:

  • Deliver exceptional client service, building strong and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Drive sales through personalized, consultative selling.
  • Maintain boutique standards, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment.
  • Support team members and contribute to overall store success.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and elegance in all client interactions.

Required Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within luxury retail or high-end beauty/fragrance.
  • Strong communication skills; polished and articulate in both verbal and written interactions.
  • Professional, well-presented, and able to represent an elevated brand.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving individual targets.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance:

  • Background in luxury beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle retail.
  • Experience in a boutique environment. 

Education Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
