Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance

Our client is a prestigious luxury brand with deep heritage in beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle products. With a boutique presence in Bal Harbour. The brand is recognized for its refined craftsmanship and elevated client experience. We are seeking a polished, bilingual Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance to join our client’s Boutique team in Bal Harbour. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$24/hr + Individual commission

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance role will be well-spoken, put together, and able to connect authentically with both local and international clientele. As part of a small team, you will deliver an exceptional client experience while achieving personal and boutique sales goals.

Responsibilities of the Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance:

• Deliver luxury-level client service, building trust and lasting relationships.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and consultative selling.
• Maintain an elevated boutique environment, upholding brand standards.
• Support overall store performance and collaborate closely with the Store Manager.
• Represent the brand with elegance and professionalism in all client interactions.

Required Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance:

• 1 – 2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end beauty/fragrance.
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency is required.
• Strong communication skills: polished and articulate in client-facing interactions.
• Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving personal targets.
• Professional and well-presented, embodying the values of an elevated brand.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance:

• Background in luxury beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle retail.
• Experience in a boutique or high-touch client environment.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
