Our client is a small, boutique wealth management firm known for providing personalized financial planning services. They are looking to add a Client Service Associate to their team. The firm offers a close-knit, collaborative team environment and places a high value on integrity, service, and long-term client relationships.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$100k
Bonus eligible up to 10% of base salary, discretionary, and tied to performance
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Client Services Associate to support their Wealth Management team. This person will play a key role in client interaction, account administration, and operational support. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a small team environment. This opening is due to a retirement and offers room for increased responsibility and compensation over time.
Responsibilities of the Client Service Associate:
- Serve as a daily point of contact for clients regarding financial planning matters.
- Support account setup, trade processing, and documentation workflows.
- Manage both digital and paper-based client records and communications.
- Collaborate with senior associates to deliver exceptional service and ensure accuracy.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Redtail CRM (training provided on CRM).
Required Experience/Skills for the Client Service Associate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working onsite in a small, team-oriented office.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Service Associate:
- Experience using Redtail CRM (not required. Training provided).
- Experience supporting financial advisors or planners.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
