Our client is a dynamic and growing firm dedicated to providing customized solutions that foster long-term client partnerships. They are looking to add a Client Service Associate to their team. Position Overview:

The Client Service Associate plays a key role in supporting the client service and relationship management teams through high-quality administrative and sales assistance. Acting as a primary point of contact, this individual ensures all client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Responsibilities include managing client onboarding and account maintenance, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, and providing daily operational support. This fast-paced position requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities of the Client Service Associate:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution of inquiries.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare polished client-facing materials and presentations.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including email and document management, data entry, and recordkeeping.
  • Support client onboarding and account setup by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Partner with the Sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and client communications.
  • Generate reports, conduct data analysis, and provide ad hoc administrative support to leadership and team members.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of client events, marketing campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and support overall business objectives.

Required Experience/Skills for the Client Service Associate: 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales support, client services, or administrative roles.
  • Banking industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Service Associate: 

  • Event coordination or marketing support experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
