Our client, a Global wealth management firm based in Boston. They are seeking a temporary Client Service Representative to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The ideal Client Services Representative candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to current clients, processing transactions, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Representative:

  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our investment products and services
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s database. Prepare and process necessary documentation related to client transactions and inquiries
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues
  • Client Education: Educate clients on our range of investment products and services. Provide information on market trends and investment strategies
  • Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to client onboarding and account maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications for the Client Services Representative:

  • Demonstrated interest in investment or wealth management field
  • Previous experience in a customer or client facing role
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Education Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
