Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Construction Land Development Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of land development for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in budgeting, project management, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong leadership and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Construction Land Development Manager:

  • Oversee all phases of land development projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure project quality and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Travel occasionally to project sites as required.

Required Experience/Skills for the Construction Land Development Manager:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Construction Land Development Manager:

  • Additional construction certifications.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
