Our client specializes in market-rate workforce housing across the Sun Belt region. Recognized among the top national builders and developers, the organization is known for its innovation, strong execution, and lasting community impact. They are now looking for a Corporate Recruiter.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k – $65k

Position Overview:

The Corporate Recruiter will support the company’s hiring efforts by coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who applies. This role provides hands-on experience with the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers and the HR team.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiter:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts by helping source candidates, schedule interviews, and assist hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Learn to identify talent across job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels.
  • Conduct introductory phone screens with candidates (after training and mentorship).
  • Maintain organized and accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Help create a welcoming and professional candidate experience from first contact through offer.
  • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR and recruiting team to improve processes and share candidate insights.
  • Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities as needed.
  • Contribute to special projects, such as building talent pipelines or improving interview guides.

Required Experience/Skills for the Corporate Recruiter:

  • 0 – 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, or another role involving communication and relationship-building.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort learning new technology, tools, and systems (training provided).
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn quickly in a team-driven environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Corporate Recruiter:

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software.
  • Experience using LinkedIn or job boards to find candidates.
  • Exposure to interviewing, campus recruiting, or coordinating hiring activities (internships count!).
  • Interest in employer branding, social media content, or event support.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience is welcome.
