Client Overview:
Our client is a leader in luxury branding, they strive to make the best products in their industry. Their company is one of the fastest growing consumer brands in the world and they are now looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for providing white glove service to customers over the phone, email and live chat. The Customer Engagement Specialist must be comfortable with managing high call volumes!
Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Specialist:
- Answer inbound emails/calls/chats regarding order requests.
- Process high call volumes and comfortable in managing KPIs.
- Enter orders accurately and follow up on order status.
- Stay updated with product specifications to provide clients proper guidance.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Engagement Specialist:
- Previous customer service experience, retail preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in home décor and/or fashion a plus.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Engagement Specialist:
- Willing to commute and work weekend/evening hours
- Outgoing and people focused
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
