Salary/Hourly Rate:

$23/hr – $25/hr (DOE)

Position Overview:

The Customer Experience Ambassador – Hospitality & Events Support will be the go-to presence for a beautifully designed rooftop amenity space in Midtown Manhattan. This individual will welcome visitors, oversee day-to-day operations, and support event setups and breakdowns. The role is ideal for someone upbeat, self-sufficient, and who enjoys both hospitality and light operational work. The Customer Experience Ambassador – Hospitality & Events Support will also serve as a liaison between internal teams, guests, and building management.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Ambassador – Hospitality & Events Support:

  • Act as the primary customer experience ambassador on-site, welcoming all guests and tenants.
  • Monitor and manage the rooftop space, ensuring it is clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Coordinate with facilities, security, and management for maintenance requests and logistics.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping tenants navigate the space.
  • Perform light administrative and project-based tasks during slower periods.
  • Represent the property’s brand and service standards with professionalism and poise.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Ambassador – Hospitality & Events Support:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a front-facing role (hospitality, front desk, concierge, etc.).
  • Highly reliable and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Experience Ambassador – Hospitality & Events Support:

  • Previous experience as a customer experience ambassador or in a hospitality-focused position.
  • Background in supporting event operations or managing upscale amenity spaces.
  • Comfortable navigating professional workspaces and liaising with VIP guests or executives.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
