Their team is now looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associate must have a strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience supporting both business and retail clients. This role goes beyond answering phones, it is about building relationships, troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process orders, returns, and claims while maintaining accurate records in company systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product, pricing, shipping, and service discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, purchasing, logistics, accounting, operations) and external vendors to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Manage customer accounts, track usage trends, and proactively communicate delays, substitutions, or backorders.
  • Support special projects such as events, vendor negotiations, or product launches.
  • Provide detailed reporting and maintain compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or client support (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong administrative and organizational background—able to handle multiple priorities at once.
  • Skilled in resolving complaints, managing escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP, CRM, or EDI systems is a must.
  • Experience in logistics, vendor coordination, or event/project support a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
