Our client, a growing startup is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and friendly Customer Service Associate to join their growing team. $23/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Associate must be articulate and passionate about helping customers with their needs. The Customer Service Associate must be a quick thinker with a can do attitude. The ideal candidate must have at least one year experience in a related field, and must have excellent communication skills. This position is a stepping stone to open new doors within the company.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

  • Will directly interact with customers over the phone, email, and chat
  • Set up the showroom for clients
  • Follow up on orders and answer product knowledge questions
  • Provide the ultimate customer experience
  • Go above and beyond to provide an unimagined experience

Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:

  • Must have customer service experience
  • A retail background or 1 to 2 years at a startup is preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Zendesk and Slack
  • Need to be systems savvy
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude is extremely important
  • Flexibility to help out in anyway

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
