Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp to perm basis! This client requires candidates to work fully ONSITE in NJ, and work normal business hours.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr
Position Overview:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, processing customer orders, and updating the company CRM. The hours for this Customer Service Representative role are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm OR 9am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls from customers
- Support the sales team with maintaining inventory levels and customer orders
- Update the CRM with order changes and status updates
- Follow up with customers regarding their deliveries
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role required
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Ability to work with multiple screens and toggle between systems
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required
