Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18 – $20/hr
Position Overview:
The Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to support the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a single point of contact for customer account interaction and discrepancy resolution.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Log customer interactions in CRM system
- Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems
- Allocate inventory in a timely manner
- Maintain up to date knowledge on product specifications
- Act as a product and industry expert in order to best serve clientele
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- Experience working with corporate customer service
- Experience using Microsoft suite platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
