$18 – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to support the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a single point of contact for customer account interaction and discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Log customer interactions in CRM system
  • Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems
  • Allocate inventory in a timely manner
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on product specifications
  • Act as a product and industry expert in order to best serve clientele

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Experience working with corporate customer service
  • Experience using Microsoft suite platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
