Position Overview:


The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. This Customer Service Representative role serves as a single point of contact for customer account interactions and discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Log customer interactions and account updates accurately within the CRM system.
  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional manner and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Allocate inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications.
  • Act as a product and industry expert to best support and serve customers.

Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Experience working in a corporate customer service environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
