With the expansion of their College Station office, they are adding several Customer Service Specialists to support continued growth and help shape the future of this location.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$17/hr plus 5% annualized bonus
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Specialist will serve as a trusted partner to B2B customers, delivering exceptional service and supporting product- and account-related needs. This role collaborates closely with Retail Managers, Vendors, Key Account Managers, and business owners to simplify and enhance the customer experience. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm and offers a flexible hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience via phone, email, and chat.
- Contribute to a high-energy team focused on elevating customer support standards.
- Provide technical assistance for website, dashboard, and account-related inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls to new customers as needed.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate appropriately when necessary.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Specialist:
- 5+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong customer service background with a customer-centric mindset.
- Outgoing, empathetic, and passionate about customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Specialist:
- Hospitality or retail customer-facing experience.
- Strong data entry skills.
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
