Client Overview:
Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking to hire a Customer Success Associate to support their office. This firm prides itself on providing innovative solutions to its clients throughout the world.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$19/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities of the Customer Success Associate:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product training, and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their goals and helping them achieve success with our products and services.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Success Associate:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Success Associate:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools.
- Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
