Our client is a globally recognized law firm known for its high standards and innovative approach. The Communications team drives the firm’s digital presence and visibility across key markets. They are currently looking to add a Digital Marketing Coordinator (Second shift) to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60k – $75k Annually, Based on experience

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator (Second shift) plays a key role in supporting the firm’s digital marketing efforts. Roughly 75% of the role involves managing and distributing client memos through platforms like Vuture. This second-shift position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in digital content, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator (Second shift):

  • Distribute client memos and email campaigns.
  • Support content prep, targeting, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Assist with SEO and website updates (attorney bios, key content).
  • Analyze digital performance using Google Analytics.
  • Edit and review content for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate across departments on firm-wide digital strategies.

Required Experience/Skills for the Digital Marketing Coordinator (Second shift):

  • 1 – 3 years in digital marketing or communications, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills (testing required).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Experience with email platforms, CMS, and basic analytics tools.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Digital Marketing Coordinator (Second shift):

  • Familiarity with Vuture, HubSpot, Crownpeak, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, or a related field) is preferred.
