Director of Financial Planning & Accounting

Atrium is partnering with a leading events, entertainment, and broadcasting company in the Orlando area. They are looking to add a Director of Financial Planning & Accounting to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$125k – $145k + Bonus

Position Overview:

The Director of Financial Planning & Accounting will be responsible for establishing an annual operating budget, developing KPIs and metrics, cash flow projections, capital asset planning, etc. This role will work closely with the executive leadership and provide guidance and coaching from a finance perspective.

Responsibilities of the Director of Financial Planning & Accounting:

• Establish the company’s annual operating budget
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics
• Responsible for forecasting and variance analysis
• Responsible for cash flow projects and capital asset planning
• Provide supervision to the department and give guidance to the executive leadership team from a financial perspective
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Provide strategic financial input

Qualifications for the Director of Financial Planning & Accounting:

• 10+ years of finance experience
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software systems
• Previous supervisory experience

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Master’s degree is preferred
• CPA is preferred
