Salary/Hourly Rate:

$35/hr – $40/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive E-commerce Business Analyst to join the team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our e-commerce platform by managing projects, maintaining organization, documenting processes, and effectively communicating between technical and business teams.

Responsibilities of the E-commerce Business Analyst:

  • Project Management: Coordinate resources to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Process Documentation: Create SOPs and workflow diagrams.
  • QA & User Acceptance Testing: Develop and execute tests, track status, and prioritize bugs. ·
  • Change Management: Provide training on new processes, and support best practices.
  • Reporting: Report outcomes, risks, escalate issues, and articulate bottlenecks.
  • Backlog Maintenance: Manage roadmap and backlog for digital products.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain internal stakeholder relationships, and provide project updates.
  • Contract Management: Organize vendor contracts, and facilitate renewal discussions.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the E-commerce Business Analyst:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an e-commerce or digital environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Experience with an ERP system (Shopify, salesforce, etc.).

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
