Position Overview:

Atrium partners with a globally recognized biopharmaceutical client in the US. We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Early Talent Recruiter who is excited to grow their career with an evolving staffing and consulting firm to support our client’s hiring initiatives. As an Early Talent Recruiter, you will play a key part in bringing top talent into our client organization. This role will have an emphasis on recruitment matching designed to support an enterprise client account. Acting as an extension of the Client Talent Acquisition team, the Early Talent Recruiter will work closely with Client Sponsor and Client Hiring Managers to successfully match applicants to positions in alignment with Client goals and initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Early Talent Recruiter:

  • Recruitment & Candidate Experience:
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for interns and early-career professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Evaluate, prioritize, and execute Client and Associate requests related to the hiring and employment of students.
    • Conduct thorough intake calls with hiring managers to define key success factors, soft skills, and hiring criteria.
    • Operate ATS and match qualified candidates against open requisitions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate slate.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers throughout the selection and onboarding processes.
    • Provide updates to candidates throughout the interviewing process, including dispositioning as required.
    • Facilitate offer letters for selected candidates and ensure timely execution and return.
    • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, modeling professionalism and delivering ‘white glove’ service.
  • Stakeholder & Client Collaboration:
    • Develop strong, cross-functional relationships with both Atrium and client teams.
    • Maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates through tools such as ATS, client email, MS Teams, or other internal platforms.
    • Guide Hiring Managers on the use of ATS and VMS tools.
    • Participate in regular status meetings with internal Atrium teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and drive overall program success.
    • Respond to manager and candidate inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Proactively resolve escalated issues in collaboration with leadership.
  • Reporting Analytics & Presentations:
    • Maintain accurate records in ATS and update shared trackers (Excel, Google Sheets, SharePoint) with requisition status.
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, key metrics, and hiring timelines.
    • Participate in program Orientations for students and managers in partnership with Atrium and GSK teams, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
  • Leadership:
    • Provide creative and strategic thought leadership, recommending innovative opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and growth.
  • Additional Support & Operations:
    • Promote consistent processes for onboarding, compliance, and communication workflows.
    • Manage special projects and operational tasks as directed by your manager.

Required Experience/Skills for the Early Talent Recruiter:

  • Experience: 2+ years of progressively responsible work experience in a recruiting setting. Early Talent Recruitment is a plus!
  • Communication: can clearly explain how to complete onboarding tasks
  • Empathy: understand how difficult the recruitment/onboarding process can be and step into the Associate’s shoes and show you care
  • Curiosity: understand the client/candidates with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping
  • Teacher: love sharing insight and knowledge and are patient and thoughtful when educating
  • Goal Oriented: excited for new challenges and works hard to achieve ambitious goals

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
