Our client is a large pharmaceutical company committed to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with their clients. They are a dynamic and growing company looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team as an Entry Level Client Relationship Manager.

Position Overview:

As an Entry Level Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The Entry Level Client Relationship Manager will work closely with our experienced Sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, helping to identify their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Relationship Manager:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on new products, services, and company developments.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.

Required Experience/Skills for the Entry Level Client Relationship Manager:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience in customer service or client relations

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
