Our client is a full-service financial institution and is a big part of the community. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$74,000 – $97,000

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will perform various administrative assistant duties such as preparation of correspondence, scheduling meetings and managing related records. This Executive Assistant role will coordinate and process related paperwork to maintain efficient workflow.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Maintain knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Schedule, coordinate and communicate with governing bodies board meetings
  • Prepare for Board meetings
  • Initiate and follow-through on the preparation of corporate press releases
  • Schedule and coordinate corporate meetings and events
  • Prepare minutes of meetings
  • Assist in obtaining documentation for Corporate Insurance
  • Manage special projects and/or programs
  • Prepare and maintain files and records
  • Prepare and monitor Department operating budget. Prepare and process department invoices

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

  • At least 3 years executive assistant experience within a banking/financial environment
  • Familiarity with the Corporate Governance role
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines, strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
