Our client is an investment services organization that offers a strong culture and generous benefits. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior-level executives and can successfully complete a high workload while providing excellent service and exhibiting a professional demeanor.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$115k – $125k plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will support top leadership and interact with other high-level members of the team and external clients in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role will perform administrative functions for leadership. 

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Assist with answering and directing incoming calls. 
  • Complex calendar management.
  • Support internal and external meetings and conference presentations, including catering ordering/set-up & cleanup.
  • Travel arrangements. 
  • Expense reporting.
  • Mail distribution.
  • Vendor management.
  • Personal Assistant tasks.

Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant. 
  • Professional services industry experience. 
  • Microsoft Office & Workday.
  • Background in coordinating travel.
  • Complex calendar management.
  • Comfortable with Personal Assistant tasks from time to time.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
