Our client is a well-established professional services firm known for its fast-paced culture, collaborative team, and dedication to operational excellence. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70k – $80k
Position Overview:
This Executive Assistant will support multiple senior-level professionals and manage complex calendars and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in a professional services setting, thrives in fast-paced environments, and maintains high professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Coordinate domestic travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Track and process expense reports and credit card transactions.
- Support leadership with document preparation, communications, and project coordination.
- Assist with meeting prep, internal events, and ad hoc initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth office operations on in-office days.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Experience managing multiple calendars in a professional environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Prior experience in professional services, finance, or legal environments.
- Familiarity with supporting executive leadership.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Zoom or Teams.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
