Client Overview:

Our client is one of the nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring networks. This impactful non-profit organization is making a meaningful difference in the Atlanta community. The team is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This organization is experiencing rapid growth and needs an Executive Assistant who can match its energy, pace, and commitment to excellence.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$56k Annually

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO and provide high-level administrative support to three additional executives. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the leadership team, managing calendars, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Act as a Project Manager for executive initiatives, coordinating multiple deliverables and presentations.
  • Manage complex executive calendars and schedules, ensuring all meetings and priorities are well organized.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and professional presentations.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Prepare documents and materials in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support executive objectives.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and process expense reports.
  • Screen and direct incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service to both internal and external contacts.
  • Support internal and external communications, including board meetings and organizational announcements.
  • Manage and prepare presentation decks for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support executive decision-making.
  • Oversee logistics for personal or special events as requested.
  • Perform additional administrative and project-based duties as assigned.

Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a proven capacity to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience leading or preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
