Our client, a leading real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, while serving as a trusted partner to high-level executives. Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85k – $95k Annually

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, prepare high-level communications, and coordinate executive operations in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal Executive Assistant is highly organized, adaptable, and confident in supporting senior real estate executives who oversee major transactions, investor relations, and firm strategy.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to firm leadership.
  • Manage calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate internal/external appointments.
  • Handle confidential communications, documents, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Liaise with investors, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally.
  • Draft and edit reports, presentations, and high-level correspondence.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and project tracking.
  • Process expense reports and maintain financial records related to executive activity.
  • Support occasional personal assistant tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a pulse on executive priorities and anticipate needs before they arise.

Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a real estate, finance, or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to support high-level executives in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:

  • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and investor relations processes.
  • Experience in supporting multiple executives or departments simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, high-stakes environment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
