Our client is a non-profit with a healthcare-related division that offers a very stable career and a professional work environment. They are seeking an Executive Assistant (Healthcare) from the healthcare industry to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$75k – $110k

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant (Healthcare) is needed to provide support for the President/CEO of this long-term organization. Strong calendar management and experience supporting board meetings and taking minutes are essential to this role, interacting with all stakeholders, including members of the Board of Directors, staff, program participants, and community leaders, setting a welcoming tone for the Executive Office.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant (Healthcare):

  • Calendar management and arranging travel.
  • Scheduling meetings and acting as the point person for the distribution of materials, attendance tracking, and follow-up.
  • Organizing and preparing all materials necessary for meetings.
  • Working collaboratively with team members.
  • Proofreading, copy-editing, and writing as needed for correspondence.

Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant (Healthcare):

  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives    
  • Prior experience working with a Board of Directors
  • Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with high-level contacts inside and outside the organization.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday in the office from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant (Healthcare):

  • Work experience in Healthcare or non-profit.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
