Our customer is a full-service real estate firm.  They manage and lease commercial & residential space and develop and construct both types of properties throughout Greater Boston. They are currently looking to add a Facilities Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120k plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Facilities Manager will manage building maintenance and grounds activities for a large portfolio. This role will ensure the physical infrastructure is running as it should and identify areas of greater efficiency and cost saving.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager:

  • Manage building maintenance and grounds activities for a large portfolio
  • Ensure the physical infrastructure is running as it should
  • Identify areas of greater efficiency and cost-saving
  • Oversee construction projects for properties and capital projects of the various buildings
  • Lead and supervise the work of all employees in Maintenance operations

Qualifications for the Facilities Manager:

  • 5 years of experience that includes construction, project, facility, and staff management
  • Proficiency in RealPage
  • Proven track record of project management on multiple projects at one time
  • Unrestricted MA Construction Supervisor’s License is preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is desired
