Salary/Hourly Rate:
$85k – $105k
Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst (FP&A) will support the FP&A team and will primarily be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate for the Financial Analyst (FP&A) role will have 3 – 4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst (FP&A):
- The Financial Analyst (FP&A) will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
- Prepare pricing models following proposal requirements as Financial Analyst (FP&A).
- Financial analysis, variance analysis, P&L analysis.
- Strategic financial planning – will build planning models as a Financial Analyst (FP&A).
- Identity risk and opportunities, and work closely with business function leaders.
Required Experience/Skills for the Financial Analyst (FP&A):
- A minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Financial Analyst (FP&A):
- Positive attitude.
- Critical thinking skills.
Education requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
