They are in search of a Freelance Logistics Coordinator to help during our busy season.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $24/hr

Position Overview:

The Freelance Logistics Coordinator is to support the operations and supply chain team. This hybrid role will assist in managing domestic and international shipments, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our warehouses and retail partners.

Responsibilities of the Freelance Logistics Coordinator:

  • Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Communicate with vendors, warehouses, and freight forwarders to track and manage deliveries.
  • Maintain shipping schedules and resolve any transit or delivery issues.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Update inventory management systems with shipping and receiving data.
  • Support overall supply chain operations with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Freelance Logistics Coordinator:

  • 1 – 2 years of logistics, supply chain, or operations experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Freelance Logistics Coordinator:

  • Experience with international shipping and customs documentation.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
