Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $23.50/hr

Position Overview:

This company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Operations Associate. This full-time position is based in Latham, New York, and is ideal for someone compassionate, articulate, and detail-oriented. The Fulfillment Operations Associate role will be on-site in the office Monday – Friday. As the Fulfillment Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in back-end operations, managing inbound and outbound mail, paperwork, and digital files. 

Responsibilities of the Fulfillment Operations Associate:

• Mail handling and processing. 
• Order fulfillment. 
• Inventory management. 
• Shipping documentation. 
• Bulk mailings. 
• Customer support. 

Required Experience/Skills for the Fulfillment Operations Associate:

• Attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Strong communication skills. 
• Focus on customers and process improvement.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Fulfillment Operations Associate:

• 1 – 2 years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics. 

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma is required.
