Currently, they are looking to add a Fundraising Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$27/hr

Position Overview:

This Fundraising Manager role requires strong community relationships, persistent follow-through with donors, and a history of delivering measurable results in previous development roles. Candidates from nonprofit and other industries are encouraged to apply, especially those who bring strategic thinking, initiative, and a clear ability to drive revenue growth. Hours are from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on-site.

Responsibilities of the Fundraising Manager:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies in collaboration with executive leadership and board members.
  • The Fundraising Manager will plan and manage community outreach events and marketing initiatives to raise awareness and support.
  • Identify and apply for grants, manage deliverables, and serve as liaison with grant providers.
  • Oversee social media presence and create promotional materials to support development efforts.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and ensure timely processing of gifts, acknowledgments, and reporting.
  • Monitor legislative and industry trends related to fundraising and development to inform strategy.
  • The Fundraising Manager is expected to collaborate with internal teams to align development efforts with organizational goals and program needs.

Required Experience/Skills for the Fundraising Manager:

  • The Fundraising Manager needs to have experience in grant writing, including researching opportunities and developing successful proposals.
  • Strong community relationships and networking abilities to build partnerships and donor engagement.
  • Proven success in previous development roles, with measurable achievements in fundraising and outreach.
  • The Fundraising Manager needs to have a persistent and proactive approach to donor follow-up and closing contributions.
  • Ability to increase organizational revenue, with flexibility to apply skills across nonprofit and other industries.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
