Their team is now looking for a Human Resources Administrator!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr – $25/hr
Position Overview:
The candidate for Human Resources Administrator must be detail-oriented and proactive to join the team. The successful candidate will assist with the processing of payroll and the administration of employee benefits for a workforce of over 250 employees.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:
- Assist in processing semi-monthly payroll for 250+ hourly and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Handle time-off tracking, PTO entry, and verification.
- Manage input and review of payroll data.
- Respond to employee questions regarding PTO and payroll-related matters.
- Assist with benefits enrollments and changes.
- Maintain benefit records and ensure accurate updates in ADP.
- Assist with FSA open enrollment processes at year-end.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit questions and provide support as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Administrator:
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing and benefit administration experience.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Administrator:
- Familiarity with working alongside brokers for benefits management.
- Experience working with multiple systems and benefits providers.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
