Currently, they are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Up to $68k with strong quarterly bonus potential

Position Overview:

As an Online Client Advisor, you will serve as a trusted sales consultant for new and returning customers, primarily through inbound calls, emails, and chat. You will play a key role in managing the remote client journey, offering a luxury sales experience, and advising on the best wellness solutions. This telesales role is business-to-consumer (B2C) focused, with occasional outbound outreach to support broader business growth.

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative:

  • Drive inbound sales through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships in alignment with wellness goals.
  • Guide clients through product selection and order processing.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
  • Participate in lead generation efforts and follow up on marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction from purchase through installation.

Required Experience/Skills for the Inside Sales Representative:

  • 1 – 3 years of inside sales experience (luxury market preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone sales skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Highly coachable, reliable, and motivated to grow within a team.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Inside Sales Representative:

  • Previous experience in telesales or fitness/wellness product sales.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
