Client Overview:

Our client, an equipment leasing supplier, is seeking an Inventory & Support Coordinator to join their team. They are a longstanding company, operating nationally, providing exceptional service and personalized care for all of their clients. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr 

Position Overview:

The Inventory & Support Coordinator with handle inbound customer inquiries regarding service timeline, ordering parts, inventory accuracy, and resolving any service-related issues. The Inventory & Support Coordinator will work closely with internal staff, technicians on the road, and their customers. The role is Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, and candidates must work fully onsite.

Responsibilities of the Inventory & Support Coordinator:

  • Dispatch technicians to their services while providing updates to the customer. 
  • Order new parts, follow up on delivery times, and ensure products are working properly. 
  • Coordinate with warehouses, fulfillment centers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Deescalate customer complaints, issue refunds, and schedule service appointments. 

Required Experience/Skills for the Inventory & Support Coordinator:

  • 1+ year of handling a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Experience in monitoring inventory levels, purchasing parts, and tracking delivery times required. 
  • Ability to de-escalate upset customers and provide white glove customer service. 
  • Microsoft Excel experience, preferably with advanced functions like pivot tables and Vlookups.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Inventory & Support Coordinator:

  • Experience with inventory management systems or technical service platforms. 

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
