Currently, they are looking to add an Investor Relations Coordinator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70k + 10% discretionary bonus
Position Overview:
The Investor Relations Coordinator will join a high-performing portfolio management team, supporting senior leadership across investor communications, event coordination, and internal operations. This role as the Investor Relations Coordinator requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global-facing environment.
Responsibilities of the Investor Relations Coordinator:
- Manage investor inboxes, inquiries, and documentation with accuracy and urgency.
- Coordinate logistics for global investor events and internal meetings.
- The Investor Relations Coordinator will support the onboarding/offboarding of vendors and maintain compliance records.
- Schedule and organize complex calendar appointments and travel itineraries.
- Assist in creating polished PowerPoint presentations and processing expense reports.
Required Experience/Skills for the Investor Relations Coordinator:
- 2+ years of administrative or investor relations experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Investor Relations Coordinator:
- Experience in private equity, real estate, or investment firms.
- Exposure to global teams or high-level executive support.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
