Client Overview:
Our client is a highly prestigious and long-standing organization with both a North American and international presence, looking to add a Junior Supply Chain Analyst. This company is looking for a recent graduate with a background in finance, supply chain, or business analytics who can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team. Our client is ideally looking for 0 – 1 years of experience, but with a strong internship.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$24/hr – $25/hr
Position Overview:
The Junior Supply Chain Analyst will be a part of the Finance and Supply Chain team. They will be interpreting and analyzing data to create accurate reports and analyses. A strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel use is required. This role will be in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on an analytical skillset.
Responsibilities of the Junior Supply Chain Analyst:
- Taking charge of financial and supply chain analysis.
- Analyzing financial data, preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.
- Assisting with supply chain duties, including inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly.
- Coordinating with other members of the finance and supply chain team to review financial information and forecasts.
- Retrieving comprehensive financial information and converting it into a pivot table format.
Required Experience/Skills for the Junior Supply Chain Analyst:
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Junior Supply Chain Analyst:
- An internship and supply chain experience in their college program.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field and equivalent experience are required.
